This is just a small sample of images that we have shot for Greenslate Farm’s new menu and for the website.
Greenslate is such a special place where we don’t talk about food miles, it’s food metres here. It has been a privilege to be the grower at Greenslate over the last three seasons and I am pleased to keep an association with the farm in my new role as ‘digital marketing strategist.’ Basically anything to do with the website and marketing is down to me.
I will still be keeping my hand in with the growing though at my own project ‘Burscough Community Farm.’
Breakfasts are becoming a massive thing at Greenslate. They are very well done.
Chef Mark has aspirations to make “the best Vegan breakfast in Wigan.” I’m looking forward to it.
